South Park Delivered Another Great Episode Last Night, Complete With This Fantastic Alcohol Commercial

 
 
In case you haven’t been watching, this current season of South Park has been one of the best in a long time. I probably say that every season, but there were a few clunkers not too long ago. Matt and Trey even admitted they weren’t completely dialed into it when they were doing Book of Mormon full time. But this season has been really great, with last night being no exception when they destroyed the concept of “freemium games”, aka the games you download to play, but if you want to actually do anything you have to pay for. They crushed it from every angle, and included other angles about how companies cater to the addictions of the poor and stupid. Included in there was that commercial for drinking responsibly, because you know, that’s what the alcohol companies truly care about. Your safety, and not turning you into an alcoholic, which I think most people who read this site probably are.

I highly recommend watching last night’s episode, and the entire season for that matter. The continuity is great. I love that Randy is still Lorde, still gluten free, and a raging alcoholic. Satan made a guest appearance last night explaining dopamine (it’s not fucking rocket science). And Canadian Satan was exactly what you’d expect. A solid “A” episode from the boys.
